These terms and conditions govern your use of the Travella UK Ltd website and any tour, walk or transport service you book with us. By making a booking or enquiry, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact us before booking.
Bookings are made by enquiry through our contact form, email or WhatsApp. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the itinerary, dates, group size and price with you in writing (including by WhatsApp or email) and, where applicable, received any deposit or payment requested.
Prices are quoted per tour based on group size, duration and itinerary, and are confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a booking is confirmed. Payment terms, including any deposit, will be agreed with you directly when your tour is booked.
If you need to cancel or change a confirmed booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms — including any applicable notice period and refund amount — will be confirmed with you at the time of booking, as they can vary depending on the tour, group size and how close to the tour date the cancellation is made.
We may need to change or cancel a tour due to circumstances outside our control, including weather, road closures, or safety concerns. Where this happens, we will offer an alternative date, an adjusted itinerary, or a refund where appropriate.
Please arrive at the agreed pick-up point on time. We are not responsible for delays or missed portions of a tour caused by late arrival. You're responsible for ensuring that anyone in your group is fit to take part in the tour as described, and for telling us in advance about any accessibility needs, medical conditions or other requirements that might affect the tour.
We ask that all guests treat guides, drivers and other members of the public with respect. We reserve the right to end a tour early, without refund, if a guest's behaviour puts the safety or comfort of others at risk.
We take reasonable care in planning and running every tour, and work with drivers and guides we trust. However, travel — including walking tours, coach travel and visits to third-party attractions — carries some inherent risk, and we cannot accept liability for loss, injury or delay caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including the actions of third parties, weather, or events at venues we do not operate.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Some tours include entry to attractions, accommodation, or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, though we will always try to help resolve any issue that arises during your tour.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a booking with Travella UK Ltd will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
